Where's Whaaaat! # 4
A little more interest (thanks again), so I'll keep traveling.
I am in a place whose name appears in the Bible.
The nickname for this place is also used in the name of something you eat.
This place is famous for some pieces of paper that aren’t even here anymore and for something that can be very loud but has been silent for many years.
Looking at this place on Google Maps zoom level 5, you may mistakenly think this place is actually in the “Garden State”.
It's easy to learn history lessons here.
Do you know where Whaaaat! is today?
He had better get home because this is a special day for him and his wife. He loves her so much and thanks God for placing them together for a decade and a half. OK, I better stop writing in clues. Happy 15th anniversary Mrs. Whaaaat!!! I will love you always.

I am in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The name Philadelphia can be found in the Bible in Revelations as one of the seven churches John was to write a letter. Philly is a nickname for this city and is also used in the name of a type of sandwich, the Philly Cheese steak which originated here. Both the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution were signed in Philadelphia although both of these famous documents now reside in Washington DC where they are displayed at the National Archives. The Liberty Bell is still in Philadelphia although it has not been rung I believe since 1846 when it was rung in honor of Washington’s birthday and the crack extended then and it was unusable, although in 2001 a man struck the bell with a hammer several times shouting “God lives” after repairs there was no visible damage. Philadelphia is across the Delaware from New Jersey (nicknamed the Garden State) and looking at the Google Map appears to be part of that state instead of Pennsylvania. This city was a vital location in American history especially during the Revolutionary War.
